      Positive changes with middle management and their desire for a better work-life balance. Building towards a stronger future. Patient care and safety a priority.

      Cons

      Some growth from past mismanaged staff still needed. Lack of diverse staff roles. Need for clearer long range objectives.

      Losing heart after many years.

      Pay is at market value. The tuition reimbursement program is great for those who perform direct care services

      Cons

      Leadership at vice president level and above seems to have lost the heart that they had 17 years ago. Current leadership lacks integrity. They are unwilling to set the same expectation for themselves that they set for associates.
