      Good Stability and some great benefits.

      Cons

      No advancement for minorities. Attendance policy is horrible. Management team has no compassion for the employees.

      Difficult to move into other positions. Why is it, if you don't know someone, you have less of a chance of getting a new position?

      My practice is large and thus does not have a "family feel." There is an overall feel of negativity and gossiping among employees.
