      Pros

      The Ohio Health organization is one of the best organizations to work for. They provide excellent benefits, annual pay increase, and employee assistance.

      Cons

      The downside is that the work schedule is limited to second shift and there are seldom opportunities for advancement. Another downside is the workload is determined by the courier company's schedule.

      Good place to work, I have been advanced continuously for 15 years. Lots of opportunity. Various areas that someone can get started and move up.

      Cons

      Lots of after hours calls. It would be nice to have better benefits and a more flexible schedule. Annual pay raises are not good.
