      Women in IT Leadership Positions Discounts for Phones, Hotels, etc. Flexibility with Vacations and Personal time Can sell unused Vacation Time for $$$ Tuition Reimbursement

      Promotions are based on likability within the organization. Not a lot of minorities in the IT dept. Little to no Minority Women in Leadership Positions Lacks diversity (minorities) HR Dept is not very helpful with issues concerning associates - gets pushed back to Directors and Managers Compliance Line is non existent
