      Pros

      Great pay and benefits; good training except no training regarding bereavement/ loss; loved my fellow nurses, they were dedicated to their work in hospice.

      Cons

      Understaffed, huge turnover, unsupportive managers, unrealistic expectations, nurses do work of whole team, continued to pile on workload at expense of quality care.

      A great nursing facility for short & long-term care.I worked as a tech and unity clerk for about 20 years combined. Truely a great place to work. Great upward and lateral job placement also.

      Cons

      Not good with helping at end of career.
