      Organization treats every employee great. Promotion from within is encouraged. The pay is good and they offer great benefits to all employees.

      Cons

      Size of organization. The organization has many different hospitals and physician offices and no two are alike even though they may be treated this way at times.

      Pros

      Large health care system, many opportunities available. Pay is fair, and comparable to other health care systems in the area.

      Cons

      Recruiting individuals are very busy, and therefore it can take a very long time to have your application handed to appropriate managers for interviews. Networking is a huge help here.

      Benefits, competitive pay, financially successful organization, respected throughout the industry, great for initial management training and resume building. Learn many things about what not to do when you get the chance to be a Chief.

      Cons

      Golden handshake, climate of fear, loyalty only goes up not down. Everyday could be your last day. Tenure is short term unless you are on the safe side of the ledger. Status changes virtually everyday depending upon who you displease.
