      Pros

      Amazing coworkers - they get me through the day. Good perks, e.g. discounted tickets and admissions to various events; discounted prices on goods around central Ohio. Lots of extra curricular activities to get involved with.

      Cons

      Minimal training before you are thrown to the wolves. Focus has been shifting as of late and it seems to be heading towards a more financially driven focus. Management makes decisions that affect patient care without asking for input from the staff that deal with the patients all day. Awful work/life balance. High source of stress

      Pros

      The health insurance benefits are fantastic. Everything is easily accessible online and it's a great company to work for. They always offer training, mostly since it's mandated, but the fact that it can be done online and in your own time is great. The people that work there are great as well!

      Cons

      The management on my particular floor could have tried to be more fair. The night-shift always got a bad rep for things when we were constantly cleaning up messes from day shift (typical day/nigh rivalry I guess) but management didn't view this in a fair manner. I have heard other floors were better to work on.
