      Coworkers are amazing and so supportive. Job is interesting

      Cons

      OhioHealth likes to promote managers that are not good managers. Its all about who you know and maintaining the status quo. Anyone who doesn't fall in line or questions things is labeled as a trouble maker. Pay compared to surrounding health systems is low

      Pros

      Great benefits, excellent colleagues, excellent clinical & non-clinical staff that, typically, work as a team to achieve excellent patient care.

      Cons

      KPI boards that can be disruptive to clinical flow because it's easiest for admin to do it then, also KPI board presentations are way to frequent- resulting in difficult to use results.
