Management is poor, they are ready to get rid of someone because the bullies win.

Management treats you like crap. (Results vary based on department) *cough* *cough* EVS aka Environmental Services. They continue to employ people whom year after year not only blatantly refuse to do the minimum of their job requirements as agreed upon in the job offer they signed, but they continually clean rooms poorly and prefer to spend their time on their phone. In my experience very few of the managers truly care about those eith mental health struggles. Often getting frustrated or exasperated with them. They offer resources required by policy and then tell them to get over/through what they're going through so they can keep their numbers up. And that you need to leave your personal life/struggles at home and you can't them effect you while you're here. God forbid you have something happen because some of them will listen to your woes but 9/10 times you'll get told to get back to work.
