Pros

One of the largest hospitals in the area that is it great teaching hospital. Most staff is very friendly an attentive.

Cons

Only a good teaching hospital when they want to teach you. Advocating for your patience is not always the easiest. Very poor communication between upper management to healthcare workers.

Okay, the grass isn’t always greener

Pros

Fairly stable job. Management doesn’t micromanage like some other companies.

Cons

Says they care about employees, but their CEO salary compared to the actual workers says otherwise. They’re always removing benefits, starting with pension, then when you take time off, you don’t get shift differential anymore. Any time they can save 25¢, they’ll take it from the workers before the CEOs.
