Yearly raises for the most part yearly bonuses okay benefits good place to work for future job applications

Cons

Managers do not care about you was unwilling to work on schedule conflicts does not accurately provide job description and will expect you to do more than what is in your job description prioritizes number of workers over quality and does not care or wants to work with you on chronic illnesses
