co employees were nice and friendly

Cons

Was told during interview that I could work the hours I was available but after I had the job the supervisor changed her mind and said we would have to work when they needed me even if it was a day I was not available. They are not willing to work with you with a schedule unless you are a student

Pros

I have been with the organization for some time and had made contacts. This helped make my transition from an RN to and NP easier.

Cons

The did not value my previous RN experience in the specialty I entered as an NP. I start at the base pay of a new grad, even though I am certified in the field.
