      Ohio health provides great medical benifits for employee at great cost but family deepens the pockets

      Cons

      Under paid for working conditions . Understaffed and very much associate clicks work environment . Put in a lot of pt care expectations and being only one on floor is very stressful with 25 pts . Do not feel patients receive the care needed due to staffing issues . Nurses staff between 6 to 8 patients each per 12 hr shift
