      Pros

      Friendly coworkers, higher minimum wage than other places, nice CEO.

      Cons

      If you're looking for a job in the lab here, be warned that management will impose a double standard on rules in the lab, where some people get a free pass to ignore the rules while others are reprimanded. There is some friction between the different shifts as well. The lab doesnt really have a voice when changes are being made within the hospital.

      Pros

      The company genuinely seems to care about its employees. It has a pretty great benefits and vacation package. Overall I really enjoy the environment of the office I work in.

      Cons

      The health insurance is reasonably priced but you're pretty much stuck with OhioHealth Physicians.
