      Pros

      Decent culture and generally good people. Large company with many different areas to work. Benefits other than health insurance are good. Company is growing and they stay ahead of the curve in business trends.

      Cons

      The company has a big focus on reducing expenses, which is affecting jobs in some areas. Has a "do more with less" mentality, which can affect worklife and quality. This may be no different than any other non-profit healthcare company.

      Pros

      Large Healthcare system with several locations to choose from.

      Cons

      Senior leadership is under qualified. Hostile work environment. Officer Morale is really bad at most campuses due to leadership. Senior leadership is big on outsourcing leadership positions. Officers seniority means nothing. Officers opinions and concerns are often overlooked. Officers feel that they have no dignity and often feel like robots. OhioHealth does not show much compassion towards Officers. Very negative outlook for the department.
