Good hours, pay is ok

Cons

Culture is not consistent and more is spent on expanding instead of working on better nurse:patient ratios to fix safety issues. Benefits are not good

Pros

Physicians and and staff are Professional and Patient Centric. They Mostly are reasonable to work with and have High but reasonable expectations. Most teams have very supportive direct and mid level management.

Cons

Has been growing to fast to keep employee culture unified. Growth has lead to a Corporate - Big Business feeling Vs Mid sized company that is close to it associates and communities.
