Pros

Ohioans has allowed for me to continue to grow in my role as a registered nurse while providing a flexible schedule to create a true work life balance.

Cons

For me there are no true cons to full-time employment at Ohioans Home Health Care. I came from an inpatient setting so the work load, charting, and schedule was an adjustment but management and staff made the transition so much smoother than I could have asked.

I have been in home care for 25 years… I am Long term employee with ohioans and I will say it has been a blessing. It works well with my kids schedules and my lifestyle. I enjoy my patients and being able to do one on one care. I have a great rapport with my coworkers as well. Excellent place to work.
