      Pros

      leadership listens and responds to concerns and supports you, you feel valued, positive culture, company vehicle, good pay. You get to keep your patients and schedule directly with the patient which allows flexibility and builds rapport with patients.

      Cons

      At times home care can be difficult when dealing with non compliant patients or difficult patient situations. However leadership at Ohioans will be there for you guiding you and supporting you through each situation.

      Pros

      Ohioans has allowed for me to continue to grow in my role as a registered nurse while providing a flexible schedule to create a true work life balance.

      Cons

      For me there are no true cons to full-time employment at Ohioans Home Health Care. I came from an inpatient setting so the work load, charting, and schedule was an adjustment but management and staff made the transition so much smoother than I could have asked.
