Pros

The workplace environment was moderately laid-back. There was a lot of downtime. However, when worked needed to be done, everyone was very professional.

Cons

There seems to be a lot of turnover and before I started working there there had been a lot of people that left. So job stability might be an issue.

Pros

Great core values and above average wage for hourly employees. Really like the AIQ and the lessons learned. I use them everyday.

Cons

Many supervisors are not up to par. Up front they preach that the order of importance from greatest to least is safety quality production, however once in the line of work alot of that I'd discarded.

Pros

Easy to remain employed as long as you don't have attendance issues. Pay amount is above average for hourly employees.

Cons

Disconnects in communication. Management are dictators. Even sister plants discuss how much they loathe the Georgia management.
