Pros

Good Compensation showing appreciation for employees. Push for work/life balance. Very good Company President, family owned.

Cons

Various plants make it hard for the CEO / President to handle all issues, and some just don't get brought to attention. Some plants are unionized, some are not. Unionized plants, of coarse are compensated better, hence collective bargaining.

Pros

Decent pay. Some of the guys are great to work with and very helpful. Great way to get plenty of exercise.

Cons

Very dirty work. Outside year around, working in all conditions, the plant has not been kept up like it should be.
