      Pros

      The workplace environment was moderately laid-back. There was a lot of downtime. However, when worked needed to be done, everyone was very professional.

      Cons

      There seems to be a lot of turnover and before I started working there there had been a lot of people that left. So job stability might be an issue.

      Leadership will terminate you because they don't like you. Your training will be by other employees on second shift because most managers don't know they job themselves
