Benefits and Retirement Plan. Money off for tuition and a guaranteed meal plan.

Cons

Poor Management and an Administration with an ethics problem. Salaries are lower than the national average for the position and workload. Lots of Negativity, at least within the Student Union and the Dining Department. Raises only came around every 4 years or so and were not guaranteed when approved.

Cons

Very low pay. Get treated like dirt on a daily basis. No communication. Get lied to constantly. No loyalty to employees who have been employed for an extended period of time.

Toxic leadership that is clueless about the actual students served, and seems to be unconcerned with learning (ironic for an educational institute).
