      good brand, market leader and remote culture

      Cons

      many good people have left, there's a ton of managers who aren't good enough leaders to attract and retain great talent, processes and standards get reinvented every year, we waste so much time with loose operations, limited career growth for rockstars stuck under too much middle management or between too many re-orgs.

      Okta is an incredibly rewarding place to work. I find myself looking forward to work every day. I love what I do and I love the team I get to do it with. The working environment is positive, energetic, encouraging, and collaborative. Every day I learn more about the excellent products and services we provide and the hard-working people behind them that I have the privilege of calling colleagues and friends. With our focus on making our customers successful, every day and task is meaningful and purpose driven towards a common goal. We are provided with admirable leadership, support, and amenities to do our jobs and do them well. This attracts and enables great talent and brilliance. Our company culture brims with ambition, excitement and supportive, appreciative, humble attitudes. I am grateful for the opportunity I've been given to be a part of Okta.
