      being here 2 months doing shuttles at night lots of drop n hooks but makes me a better driver

      Pros

      good trucks trailers tractors are well maintain weekly paid every Thursday good co workers and management overall is easy work get to get home every day

      Cons

      no ot till after 60 but is all great and trucks have no radios no assigned trucks seems like every day youre driving a different truck

      Poor Management and people skills. If any issues arise at OD, they do not investigate the situation fairly and fully. Only one sided, whatever upper management says goes, then you are written up and out the door. No employer to employee loyalty. Also poor training
