Pros

In the beginning stages of the 2 week training period, you feel welcomed, not pressured, appreciated and have a sense that management cares about their employees. However, things change for the worst once you go live (typically starting the 3rd week). You are given a talk, to provide expectations of speed weekly, with zero errors. The problem is, you are NOT given the chance, opportunity nor time to actually reach that goal. Instead, the night time higher up only cares about numbers and expects you to already be at 21+ bills per hour, prior to you even going live. Not to mention, that person not taking into consideration the different learning curve(s) that everyone has. It's a do as I say or you're gone type of environment. I've heard so many good things about this company in the beginning. However, it clearly was not about the data entry department. Suggestion: Instead of treating people like they are expendable, robots and not allowed to make mistakes....treat them like human beings and actually give people a chance. You might be surprised at the decrease of people who leave and increase in those who stay. As well as staff encouraging others to apply.

Pros

Good pay and Nice equipment

Cons

Was there for 8 years. Started out a great retirement job. Still can be, but they play favoritisms for runs, or days off. No organizations in management. They do their best to burn you vacation time up so you can’t use it for time off. To get time off if your not a favorite good luck getting it. You’ll be pressured to run in Inclement weather and or fatigue. They refuse to pay break down and if you some how do get paid it’s only 6 dollars an hour. They expect you to show up for a time out”gate time” you’ll be expected to wait as long as needed for them to close a trailer. You’ll be expected to run your 70 hour clock out. I had a an upper management slip and basically said line haul drivers were over paid steering wheel holder’s. They claim their a family company! They are anything but, their a company Owned by a family period. Your just a number. If you can deal with this and too much more to put down. It’s a great paying job. Oh Benefits are over priced. There short term and long term is a joke.

The old management seemed to know what they were doing. It used to feel like a family

Cons

New management treats you like a number now and no respect for what you do or have done for this company.
