good company overall... staff is fine and pay is where you want to be

Cons

midwestern winters going into a dark terminal and you do a double drop and hook trying not to get stuck in the michigan snow- part of the job but i hated going to a terminal when no one will show up for 5 hrs... not much room for growth as once a driver, it would seem always a driver. still, if you dont mind driving... you'll enjoy being there
