No matter how you bust your bottom for the company as an employee, one mistake can cost your job security to drop down to 0!!! They're very strict!! This is directed to the corporate office!! The ones doesn't have a clue about the employees that work for them. Bad part is that the terminal managers and supervisor were fighting to keep me there because I was a great asset to the company.

Often put in a different truck each day; no sick leave benefits; late start times on city routes which puts pressure on drivers delivery stops.
