Pros
Pay is good, weekends off, not much past that.
Cons
Company is all talk, they claim it's a family atmosphere and they have the best benefits package in the industry. There is nothing family about this company, they are all about making a dollar and they don't care about you, they play favorites all the time, the discrimination is at an all time worst, manager will let certain employee's get by with stuff that they should be fired for but because they are a favorite nothing is even said.
