I have the best memories of my life at work and with coworkers outside of work. Most of my really good friends are the people I work with. Great pay. Great hours. Fair work, but demanding. Great manager. Honest people and great experience. They weren't afraid to put me out on the dock as a supervisor at the age of 19. They showed me what I was doing wrong when I did it wrong and now I train all the employees on new information as we get it and I help out whoever I can when they need it. You have a boss but usually you are your own boss and they expect you hold yourself to a high standard.
