Management. All in all, management is making improvements. They are going away with old ways of doing things and making changes that are impacting the overall production process. I really like being part of all the positive changes that are happening.

Compassionate organization with a wonderful C Suite and corporate management team. This group provides excellent support to the plant facilities. They are area experts in their fields and they go out of their way to continuously find ways to improve and streamline our processes. Safety is number one priority and the safety team is top notch. Solid benefits package with very competitive employee contributions for health insurance coverage. Great group of individuals working at the Hauppauge, NY facility, many of whom have been here for decades. Lots of opportunities for the next generation of associates who are advancing in their careers at this facility. OBE has locations throughout the US and Canada and we love to keep talent within the family, so it you eventually want to relocate, there is the potential to stay with us. Excellent training resources available to talent. Great new CEO. Smart guy and genuine. He's not in his ivory tower, he's out their talking to the talent at all levels to understand what our challenges are. That means a lot. He and his team support a compassionate culture.
