Pros

The pay is real good compared to other manufacturing or warehouse jobs. The management team that I worked under was very professional and actually cared about their employees.

Cons

Not very many cons in my opinion. Sometimes you will be required to work 12 hour shifts when it comes to the busy season and in the summer it can get real hot and humid sometimes.

Pros

Some great operational leaders. Awesomely decentralized. Much freedom to move at the plant level. Our plant performed well and was mostly left alone. Great grass roots training ground for operational leaders. Most of the senior leaders are outstanding operational leaders and great mentors.

Cons

Toxic environment at senior leader level sometimes gets in way of greater achievements.
