Pros

This company is a great place to start anew in the curtainwall industry. There is plenty of work and the benefits are really good- great insurance and a 5% 401K match.

Cons

There is no leadership. The salaries are extremely low. The environment is unbelievably outdated. There is no room to grow. There is a lot of lay-offs. Some employees are lazy and are not held accountable, which makes the whole team look bad.

Pros

Money was real good. Started at $12.61 ended at $17.56. The work wasn't too bad depending on the department.

Cons

A lot of gear has to be worn for safety. Very hot inside. Glass can be quite heavy. Some management sucks some are great. Long shifts. Shifts hate each other.
