      Excellent opportunities for the most part. Good benefits.

      Very much a boys club, tough for women to move up. Poor communications from senior management.

      Pros

      None lack of communication racism in many forms and I’m white. Friend of mine left after 17 years because of mistreatment to blacks and Mexicans

      Cannot keep employees hire turn over. Stress level high when it does not need to be. HUman Resource nerd to be of premises in order to make a difference

      Being a maintenance technician is not a fun experience here. Overall management is not great.

      Pros

      Good benefits for the entire family. Overtime pays great but it is overtime. General manager is a great person and some of the staff is friendly as well. Company promotes within so if you can stick it out you can make a great career here.

      Cons

      12 hour shift mandatory and production always comes first. Even production personnel gets preferred. Sometimes have to work on Saturdays on a days notice and will get in trouble if you do not show up. Work ethic is horrible and the employees take advantage of the company.
