      Pros

      Stable work environment, different departments that you can work in. Company offers benefits.

      Cons

      Pay is based on a scale not the number of years been on the job and or experience. Most shifts are 21 turn which means that if your shift falls on a holiday you will be working it. When trying to bid out of one department to another if your supervisor doesn't want to loose you he will not turn in the bid form to personal and or he will not sign off on it.

      Pros

      Good paying company starting off. Each facility has its own personality. Benefits are not the worst and they do offer tuition assitance which is nice.

      Cons

      Hard to move or advance upward.
