Decent benefits/pay but no overtime when you are expected to take the place of 5 employees.

Cons

Extremely Inexperienced management, finger pointing, and very unrealistic expectations given the fact the company let go of several key, top performing experienced employees. Sales reps sell but the company can’t figure out how to produce! The entire company in the northeast has taken a nose dive and customers are fleeing.

Secure organization with clear goals and objectives for the business and the individual. Driven to be the best supplier to the industry. Really customer focused. Safe and secure environment being part of a larger organization, CRH - Irish based company. Focused on inclusiveness and diversity.
