      If there was any worst company award in India Olive Global would win the second followed by Synapse India, stupid notice period, salary delays, awful HR, and then nothing to learn. Salary delays are so large that you will not receive salary for 2-3 months.

      Pros

      There were good and motivated people, the majority of whom have left the business in the past 18 months. Interesting challenges, good travel and opportunities to work within a diverse set of cultures.

      Cons

      Continual interference from the Founders causing distraction and effort being wasted. They treat so many of their staff with disdain and the management believes its staff are its slaves. Check your contract of employment as when management will all to frequently work to their interpretation of the contract rather than either the letter or a fair interpretation.
