      good pay location of the office colleague and lower staff

      office culture is shockingly bad management team is full racism and sexism a lot of redundancies no empathy to employee dont follow local rules and regulations

      Ability to grow business and self exponentially. Ideal for good salesmen / women or potential entrepreneurs.

      Cons

      Total commitment, availability and flexibility is required to avoid redundancy. Salaries can be good but benefits are poor.

      Flat structure and encouraging management team, willing to listen to staff and act on good ideas. Good, positive work environment with friendly, helpful employees. Olive Group is by far, one of the better companies to work for in Dubai and staff retention is very good.

      Cons

      Sometimes long working hours, but flexibility if this has to happen.
