      Pros

      Considering this is a Marsh company, OW is very progressive. Great comp and benefits. Happy hour every Friday, frequent learning lunches and casual dress code.

      Cons

      Be careful about the office politics. Can't even trust HR. Long tenure doesn't mean quality colleagues. Lack of qualified managers.

      Nice people, free snacks, happy hours

      Cons

      No development for Support professional. Partner was being very disrespectful, my manager said, "oh well, the partners are always right." not a good place for an introvert. They want you to be a million things. Too much office politics involved.

      Pros

      Talented, smart, people to work with. Great offsites and rapport with other support departments, great peers, interesting work.

      Cons

      Benefits are not good, salary is very low compared to what they ask of you/responsibilites and compared to market. Assistants there should be looked at Project Coordinators due to their workload/exposure to projects. Middle mangement for support departments are horrible and incompetent - there are no reprocussions for unprofessional behavior by upper management. No accountability for middle mangement when they lied in mid-year reviews of assistants.
