Pros

Good pay (for consulting), decent brand name, & rapid career advancement (due to early focus in financial services industry).

Cons

Hours and staffing are completely unpredictable, perception that work adds little value, cheap on expenses, short-term mindset (limited infrastructure and investment in the future of the business), fast-track to Partner rumored to be on the decline.

Pros

They pay well Nice offices Good snacks

Cons

DTP, the 'creative studio' is a toxic place. The DTP leadership team is filled with bully's and micromanages who all used to be presentation designers. Design is limited by the capability of the creative director and there is no respect for the department because of it.

Pros

If you manage to find a mentor or a supportive team, you can learn a lot and be successful

Cons

Personally, I found the culture to be very difficult. An open culture is theoretically promoted, but the gaslighting is strong enough that you're lead to believe YOU are the problem. I've seen people who are objectively successful and those who are unsuccessful be equally unhappy in different ways.
