Some of the senior management are odd-balls Limited project diversity - too great a focus on regulatory projects that lack creativity and require modelling heavy skills (SAS, etc.) - that is reflected in many partners skill-set and mindset Culture of gossip and whispers Lacks same exit opportunities as MBB Extremely long hours

There is a great culture at OW. The people here are very supportive and try to include you in as many opportunities as possible. I have felt supported in my role at Oliver Wyman, and found that my company really does try to promote a sustainable work-life-balance.
