Pros

Oliver Wyman has a very flexible attitude to how you get your work done, in several levels, which makes it a special place.

Cons

However, Oliver Wyman also expects a lot of flexibility from you. You need to be ready to drop your whole life at the drop of a hat.

Pros

Good compensation and flexible environment with a lot of autonomy. Office locations in desirable cities. High-impact client work on project engagements.

Cons

Review process could be improved to be more instructive. Partner comp model results in staff being treated like disposable assets.
