      Bad Benefits, Obsession with Profits

      Company is growing and it has high job security

      Cons

      Few holidays, mediocre pay, bad raises, no sick days, require 43-45hrs a week regardless of work load, VERY tedious and frustrating work. They obsess over staying "billable" which just leads to projects going over budget and them justifying keeping employees at their desks for longer than necessary to complete projects.

      None that I saw while working there

      The company atmosphere, no per diem for travel, work Lots of hours and no OT along with crappy bonus at the end of the year.
