a few years ago it was great to work here, we were appreciated we weren't talked down to and treated poorly, we felt like a member of a family team.

Cons

bad moral, office feels tense and we arent appreciated or even valued for the years we've worked here. new person came in a few years ago and prev boss moved up so is not hands on and the moral is gone, they wont sit down and talk or give proper pay raises its tense and new management is rude and talks to everyone badly. three have left and 3 or 4 more are about to. These are top guys with years of experience and dedication. refuse to hire needed people so have guys with expertise in other areas doing work way out of their description and the work of two or three cause they dont replace people when they quit.

You can definitely get ahead if you look like the people at corporate in Lincoln - white and male. This is a very white company. Nothing wrong with that, except our customers don't like it.

Cons

Pay is much less than the market but if you get on a good customer account, they will hire you.
