      Stressful they throw you to the sharks and expect you to keep your head up no matter what.

      Not any positives about this company

      Cons

      They allow other employees to micromanage and if you call them out on it then you are black listed. Training isn't the greatest but they were improving it. They throw you into the work and you either sink or swim. They say they offer flexible schedules but don't!

      Pros

      Half-day Fridays are awesome. Pretty laid back environment.

      Cons

      Super disconnected environment, feels like a competition between internal teams. Too many upper-level staff with big heads. Not much recognition for lower-tier employees. Stuck up people.

      Shiny on the outside but deeply flawed

      Some stellar individuals. Nice facility. Good IT. Willing to take risks.

      Cons

      Under the shiny exterior of Olsson's newer offices and clean branding lies a broken system of distrust and non-cooperation. The almighty multiplier is the only standard to which employees are judged and there is limited cooperation between teams and offices since everyone is trying to hit multiplier targets. Smaller offices get treated much worse than the HQ and larger offices. Each team is treated as a standalone company which seems nice at first but fosters distrust and internal competition instead of collaboration. Pay is lower than the industry average.

      Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m forwarding your thoughts to Olsson’s executive team as this is helpful for them to hear. We are continually looking for ways to incentivize cooperation among teams, but it is a challenge. While some amount of competition is good and healthy, we don’t want it to dominate how teams work together. Thanks again for your comments.
