Work schedule and flexible work environment

Cons

Management treats you like you're expendable. They constantly hold your bonus over your head, try to overwork you so upper management get their bonuses despite making significantly more than you do in salary and bonus anyway, and will claim they will reward you in someway aside from the bonus but never seem to follow through. You can tell there's an issue when most people leave within 5 years, more typically 2 years.
