      Not Spectacular in Any Way

      Pros

      Non demanding job, pleasant friendly people and office environment.

      Cons

      I don't believe that Olsson treats their employees particularly well, which seems to be reflected by a high employee turnover. On the opposite side of things, the company appears to be more than willing to extort their clients wherever possible. There are many other companies that I think do a much better job focusing on their employees, their clients or both; rather that just generating profit.

      Pros

      First you need to prove yourself and work hard and long. Then, you will steadily have interesting work and solid rewards.

      Cons

      Change is frequent and sometimes positive, other times negative. On the team level, be aware of the team leaders and how their employees feel about working for them.
