      Pros

      I enjoy the work life balance, autonomy over my own schedule, and flexibility to work needed hours without a set start/end time with my manager. The benefits, perks, and flexible time off are also great.

      Cons

      Some growing pains as the company is a late stage start up. It's a bad and good thing- but because of this I enjoy the pace and problems (if any) that we tackle.

      Pros

      Flexibility, work life balance, fellow health coaches are some of the best people I’ve met

      Cons

      Poor transparency from leadership, false promises, group-thinking is encouraged and valued, extreme inequality in regard to treatment of health coaches and the rest of the company, promotion of values that seem not to apply to leadership. Leadership asked for positive Glassdoor reviews and then doled out $.50/hr raises to those meeting expectations.
