      Pros

      The people in leadership are trustworthy and authentic. They value the coaching team and listen to us. Helpful, fun work team dynamics. Flexible job, work from home, generally low-stress. The work is rewarding.

      Cons

      Work can feel repetitive. Not a lot of social interaction (beyond slack/messaging). Doesn't pay a lot. Not a lot of opportunity for advancement.

      Pros

      Flexible remote job is great. Manager and teams are awesome.

      Cons

      Low wages and little to no yearly raise. Have to work 2nd part time job just to barely make ends meet while being asked to do more. Telling us we are valued while not addressing compensation concerns over last couple years feels like lip service only.

      Poor judgment telling health coaches to rate you favorable on Glassdoor and then doll out .50 cent yearly raises to employees in excellent standing.
