      Pros

      They are growing, High deductible Insurance $3000.00 per year but company reimburses employee $2000.00 and if your annual income is less than 40K there is no monthly premium. If income is over 40K monthly premium is on $50.00 a month

      Cons

      Not very organized, lacks structure, pay is average to low, process of improvement does not exist.
