      I have been here almost 12 years and I have worked at many companies the last 40 years and love the product at OMAX - the reason I have stayed is because of the people here. I never worked at a company where the CEO will stop what he is doing to talk to the employees and customers NOT because he can but because he wants to. He likes to know what customers do and their feedback about their business and they really enjoy telling him about their business. Employees can tell he enjoys hearing about their lives . 401k/bonus/LONG Christmas break/Vacation/sick days/dental/eye vision/great insurance eye vision/ Overall fun company to work for - yes year end can be busy but that's what we want. In almost 12 years I have seen this company grow to four major buildings and i'm sure that number will change soon.

      Honestly nothing really big - Old micromanagement gone.

      Pros

      Dynamic, fun, great people. Never get bored. Always something new. For a local company, they kept their local feel as they grow.

      Cons

      Getting started at the company was a little difficult to learn the ins and outs.
